What does menopause coaching look like?

Coaching begins with truly understanding you — your symptoms, your lifestyle, your concerns, and your goals. From there, we work together to build practical, personalized strategies that address what you're experiencing, whether that's sleep disruption, mood changes, weight shifts, brain fog, or any of the many other ways menopause can show up in your life.
This isn't about quick fixes. It's about real, sustainable,  science-backed health habits. Small, consistent shifts in how you eat, move, rest, and care for yourself  add up to a meaningful difference in how you feel day-to-day and how you are aging healthfully.
What makes this coaching experience truly unique is the blend of expertise I bring to our work together. With a long career in health behavior change and as a personal wardrobe stylist, I understand that how you feel on the inside and how you present yourself on the outside are deeply connected. As your body changes, your wardrobe should evolve with you — and I'm here to help with that too. Together, we'll make sure you feel confident, comfortable, and authentically you at every stage of this journey.
